Once you have faxed us a copy of your credit application, please deliver a $25 application fee or pay by credit card by clicking on the "pay now" button below. This service accepts all major credit cards and bank ATM cards.

Purchase applicants:

There is no fee for purchase pre-approvals. Please be sure to put "Kevin R. Kieffer" in the comments so the application gets routed to the correct office.
